His extensive knowledge of the real estate sales process and his network of contacts for needed repairs and miscellaneous home improvements were key factors in accomplishing the successful and timely sale of the property.

The property being sold was an estate and I, as the trustee and seller, live in another state. Tom did 99.95% of the work as the property was prepared for sale, during the sales process, and at closing. This went as well or better than I would have expected. Tom was extremely easy to work with and handled a variety issues very quickly and professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend him as a realtor to anyone.

Tom rates 5 stars in all categories. I have had the experience dealing with the sales of a number of other properties in my life and I have never had a real estate agent work so hard to help manage details and accomplish the sale.

The overall sales experience was great because we didn't feel like we were being sold a house. We were helped during our decision making and educated in order to make the best choice. Tom was great. He paid attention to myself and my fiance as individuals and as a couple. He addressed each question etc with kindness, compassion and wit.

Tom walked us through each step. He took the time to explain the complicated real estate terms. He was prompt each time we had to meet and asked all the right questions to really understand what our goals were with our purchase. He wasn't pushy or after us to buy the most expensive house. He was genuine in his delivery of information and honest during each walk through. He had us slow down and really look at the details. Throughout our house hunting of over 25 houses he taught us what to look for and what to consider when picturing ourselves in it. Tom showed us a variety of homes and learned our style.
